技術(shù)說明：BEHLKE固態(tài)開關(guān)具有極高的上升和下降時間。如果您的應(yīng)用不需要完整的開關(guān)速度，我們建議您使用速度限制選項S-TT（上升和下降時間減慢約50％）與輸入低通濾波器選項LP結(jié)合使用。這些選項有助于最小化快速高壓脈沖電路典型的高頻困難（例如自振蕩或自重啟動）并簡化EMC設(shè)計。

產(chǎn)品代碼：型號包含有關(guān)電壓，電流和開啟行為的編碼信息。第一個數(shù)字代表以kV為單位的電壓，短劃線前的最后一個數(shù)字表示開啟行為（0 =固定導(dǎo)通時間，1 =可變導(dǎo)通時間）。短劃線后面的數(shù)字表示以安培x10為單位的電流。特殊功能在第二個破折號后由字母編碼。示例HTS 11-07-AC-C：HTS = HV晶體管開關(guān)，1 = 1 kV，1 =可變導(dǎo)通時間，07 = 70安培，AC =交流電，C =緊湊型系列
